ZENITH (Tianjin) International Logistics Co., Ltd. Handles 120 MT Industrial Disc Dryer from China to Spain

On 26 August 2026, G7 member ZENITH (Tianjin) International Logistics Co., Ltd. successfully managed the transportation of one Haarslev Disc Dryer 2578-HM from Nanjing, China to Barcelona, Spain.

The industrial cargo measured 16.50 × 3.85 × 4.25 metres, with a gross weight of 120 MT (119 MT net) and a total volume of 269.98 CBM.

ZTIL managed the logistics process from planning through to final destination. This included contract review based on 36 items, factory loading supervision at Dalian, three oversize road transportation to Nanjing Port, lifting coordination, a pre-shipment survey report, customs declaration, and continuous voyage tracking using IMO/MMSI information.

The shipment moved along the route from Dalian to Santos, then Tangier, before reaching its final destination in Barcelona.

Handling industrial cargo of this scale requires detailed planning and close coordination across multiple stages of the supply chain. From factory loading and inland transportation to port operations, customs, lifting, and international voyage monitoring, each stage needed to be carefully coordinated to keep the project moving.

This project highlights ZTIL’s experience in handling heavy and oversized industrial cargo and reflects the diverse logistics capabilities within the G7 Logistics Networks community.
